The Median Sold Price will Inch UP again in Q4 . My forecast for the median sold price in Q4 is: $441,000. Quarter-to-Quarter, the median sold price will be UP 0.6% from the $439K in Q3 .
be Up another 1.4% from the $435K in Q4 2018 .
The Year-to-Year median sold price will then have gone UP 15 quarters in a row – and 27 of the last 29 quarters .

My forecast for the number of sales in Q4 is: 1,096.
More importantly, after Year- to-Year sales were down in Q3, sales will go UP again in Q4 – a modest 1.1%. Still, sales will have gone UP in 4 of the last 5 quarters.
Quarter-to-Quarter this will be UP 2.0% from the 1,074 in Q3 .
