Quarter-to-Quarter, the median sold price was down 0.1% from the $439K in Q3. More importantly, Year-to- Year, the median sold price was UP another 0.7% from the $435K in Q4 last year.

Year-to-Year, the median sold price continued to go up, and has now gone up 15 quarters in a row – and 27 of the last 29 quarters.

The number of single-family homes sold in Barnstable County in Q4 was 1,073. Q4 Sales were down just .1% from the 1,074 sales in Q3.

Year – to – Year, the number of sales was down a bit more – 1% less than the 1,084 in Q4 last year.
