The number of single-family homes sold in Barnstable County in Q4 was 1,524. This is a new record for sales in Q4. Quarter - to - Quarter, Q4 Sales were DOWN 8.5% from the 1,666 sales in Q3.

Year – to – Year, sales were UP 42% from the 1,073 in Q4 last year. This is the highest Q4 – to – Q4 % of increase ever.
