Example Dock Docs

Dock licenses are granted by the DEQE to the property not the owner of the property. They are recorded in the chain of title of the property and are automatically passed to new owners. In the last several years dock licenses have had time limits — typically 30 years — but like older dock licenses this dock license has no time limit.
