Private Ownership of Guns Allowed

Owners must meet Requirements

Private Citizens should be able to own most non military type guns. Shotguns are owned today by many private citizen hunters. Rifles and Hand-Guns should also be allowed, but with rigorous requirements.

Shotgun owners must obtain valid Hunting Licenses. Rifle and Hand-Gun owners must obtain valid Gun Owner Licenses. To get a Gun Owner License the owner would have to be vetted – AND – have a safe and locked storage place for their gun(s).

Anyone who cannot meet these requirements will have to suffer the PAIN of not owning a gun.
