IDEAL SUMMARY

Yes, IDEAL is really a bigger NATO. Yet, it should do even more to foster peace. It should help countries raise their Democracy Index score. And, where possible, even remove a dictator. Sceptics may say that it is impossible for a total dictatorship that has never seen any democracy and has an autocratic religious authority to become a true democracy.
